Honesty First provided me with a prompt and competetive price quote. Upon acceptance they assigned my transport to a carrier, AA Auto Transport of New Jersey. I was told the carrier would contact me to confirm pickup. In the beginning the communication with the carrier was sparse. I thought my car was scheduled to be picked up on a Saturday and I was anticipating a confirmation call on the previous day. Late Saturday morning I decided to call the carrier to see what was happening. The dispatcher had to call the driver and said he would get back to me, by late afternoon I did not hear back and when I called the dispatcher his voicemail was full, so I could not leave a message. Meanwhile the driver had been in contact with my point of pickup person and told him the truck was broken and he wouldn't be there today. I remained patient as this was my first time having a car shipped. I figured sometimes things happen and it will work out in a day or two. On Sunday I didn't hear from anyone, not that I expected to because it was Sunday. Monday I called Honesty First to let them know what had transpired and to see what should be done. I was helped by Jennifer who was most professional and efficient, she put me at ease by looking into the matter and returning a call with information and confirmation. My car was picked up Monday night in Florida and delivered to me Wednesday evening in New York. The truck driver was courteous, professional, and smiling. My car arrived undamaged but dirty, which was understandable since it was snowing as far south as Georgia. So, in the end I am satisfied with Honesty First, Jennifer Kenyon, and AA Auto Transport.
