I ordered their trial in October of 2010. You are supposed to have 30 days to return it. The date on the order is AFTER the 30 days and then when you go to cancel it your first "real shipment" will have gone out. They charge you $29.95 plus $7.95 for shipping for the first order. The first shipment supposedly went out on 11/24 and was supposedly delivered on December 3, which as of now I still have not received. When I called to find out a few weeks later I was essentially told that I was out of luck since their records showed it had been delivered on 12/3 and that it was not their problem anymore. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they refused to transfer me.
I have faxed them their affidavit paper which states as soon as they receive it I will be credited in full. So far no refund, and it's been almost a week since I faxed their paper.
My rating for this company would be ZERO stars, but there isn't that option.
I will NEVER do business with Sheer Cover or any other Guthy-Renker companies again.
