We purchased a spa at the Del Mar fair this year and while it was delivered on time it was extremely poorly assembled. After three trips by their local sub-contracted service person we finally got all the bits working. It worked ok for two months until the next part failed, again due to poor workmanship. The worst of it is that they never return calls, are never available to take calls, and apparently just don't care if we (or anyone judging by these postings) are satisfied. My wife and I are considering legal action to return this piece of junk. Lesson learned: It is worth a couple of hundred extra bucks to buy from a local dealer who has a service team and cares about customer service. Post note: I finally got through on their phone line and was able to speak with Mario their production manager (805)895-2959 who at least seems to care a little. Can I rate zero stars?
