BUYER BEWARE....RUDE RUDE RUDE customer service department. No one will call you back and if you are fortunate enough to get through to someone, they put you on hold until you just give up and hang up the phone. I even called the owner Dave Maddux and never received a call back...very disappointed in this company...they are UNPROFESSIONAL and not HELPFUL whatsoever. I am surprised that they are even in business...if you buy a spa from sensation, be ready to be disappointed...you will never get a repair, or a phone call...or sympathy. The company motto is WE HAVE YOUR MONEY IN OUR BANK NOW....so figure out your defective spas on your own....sad sad sad....I wish there were an option for a zero star rating.
