In 10 months with Sensa I lost 50.8 lbs and 32 1/2 inches. Went from a size 26 to a 18. I lost 8 1/2 inches from my waist alone. Sensa is a Great product, if you use it correctly. Go to the Community ask for help if you need to. They are very helpful there and will give you alot of tips. This REALLY WORKS. Do not just listen to all the negative things you hear. There are positive stories out there too. And alot of people losing weight. It's been over a year and I'm still losing with Sensa. And have not gained any of it back. I have never had SUCCESS, like this with any other company or product out there. I'm 57, and so much more happier with myself and my life. I know with Sensa, I will make my goal.
