My dad called Senor Rooter and Plumbing for clogged drains. A plumber came out, unclogged the drains, and told him that he had a leak under the house and gave a $700 estimate. He recently passed away, but the neighbor told me that the plumber told him
about the leak in the house. I had a plumber that I trust come to fix it, and low and behold there is no leak. I am so glad that my dad did not allow them to fix a non existent leak.
