Review 10/11/2007
|
I hired fidelity vanlines to move our household items from California to Tennessee, the sales rep was really nice and always right on top of thing, I was given a price and a that the movers were going to be at my house between 8-10am and that I would received my items no later than october 2,2007. Well everthing started wrong they did not get their until 10:30am , and when they got their I was told thet they were going to charge extra for all the wrapping supply which I was never aware, and when they were done, my price was double, from the original qoute I received. I tried reaching dispach for about 3 days and nobody would ever call me back ,so finaly I had to get aggressive on the phone was finally somebody was helping me ,so when I spoke to dispatch I was informed that my items had not even left L.A. and it already 11 DAYS had past by. So finally I received my items on sunday october 7,2007,and to find out that some of my items were broken and according to the driver the items were pick up from storage like that all broken and open boxes and not handle with care. I would never recommed them to anybody I know.
