Shimpment from Ireland

I shipped 7 boxes and 1 bag from Ireland. Irish company dealt with Schumacher to deliver my items to Maryland. However, I ended up having job in Seattle WA. I requested Schumacher Cargo to deliver my shipment to WA. They agreed with extra charge which
is acceptable. I paid them asap. We had a deal that they will deliver shipment in 15 days of payment. So far, they have delivered nothing but EXCUSES. They do not even deliver excuses on time. I have to follow up for my shipment every time and then delivery
company gets back to me that shipment is further delayed. Schumacher company does not get back to me at all. They successfully ignore emails. No courtesy calls from them. I cannot go beyond 1 star. Here is how I rate schumacher: communication: 0 Timely delivery:
