Poor service and a combative secretary. Charged amount was 3X estimate; the sink that was not leaking was now leaking- upon investigation, worker cross-treaded the pipe. Kitchen sink was not ready for a dishwasher hookup, aerator was not installed correctly- had to pay extra for rework. Worker worked a smidge over 2 hours with breaks and charged $125/hr for three (not the estimated hourly rate quoted by phone)- upon complaint, secretary told me that the pipes were that way to begin with and most customers lie about leaks after the work. Leaks are like pregnancy, either it is or it isn't!!! If you use this company, get the estimate in writing in detail, time stamp the worker in and out and have the worker show you the finished work running the water for several minutes before leaving.
