I used Safari Carpet Care services (also does business under Dry-Tech Carpet Cleaning) and I was not satisfied with the results. The carpet still looks really dirty. I got on my hands and knees to clean stains that were left behind which is really disappointing. Bill sounds like a really friendly and caring guy over the phone, but the services that were provided were less then satisfactory. I would not use them again or recommend this business to anyone I know. I added pictures to show you what the carpet looks like.
