John Sarai is not someone you want to use for Personal Injury
|
I did hire John Sarai to handle my vehicle accident in 2016 but had to end his representation after having a private conversation on strategies of how my case should go. This conversation was shared with the adjuster who abruptly called me shortly after hanging up the phone with attorney John Sarai. I then sent Mr. Sarai an email (that I still have) questioning why he would disclose our attorney client conversation with the adjuster. Mr. Sarai was not doing any work but simply waiting for my insurance company to do all of the hard work and then piggy back off of them later. The driver admitted to the police that he was not paying attention to the road and it was clear who was at fault. John Sarai was not even aggressive enough to deal with a low level adjuster and I lost confidence in his ability to face an actual attorney if it ever came to that. John Sarai was not able to explain how the adjuster knew about our conversation and I gave him the option to explain why he had inappropriate conversation or that I would no longer have confidence nor need for his representation. John Sarai then sent me a letter of dismissal after he was already let go in which he tried to share on Avvo to save face. After posting an honest review on Yelp he sent me an email threatening to sue me if I didn't remove both review in which I encouraged him to go ahead and file the lawsuit. After discovering that I was not going to take down my reviews he then writes a totally different review on Yelp than he did on avvo. A clear way to tell if a person is lying is inconsistency! The very fact that he tried to bully me with a lawsuit, post a out of context, private email, should give alerts to what type of representation John Sarai, SM Law, provides.. Based on the fact that he attempted to threaten to sue me for a honest review one must really question any good reviews that are out there.
