S & S manages the Pines apartments, which is the complex I will be vacating this month. A few things to know is that they do not properly fix things. My windows could not lock, so to get them to lock, they removed the weather strippig. Also a neighbor of mine had pipes burst below them - they fixed it and it burst 2 more times. Not one of these times did the complex pay for their acomodations. They have very petty and rude management, and make sure if you do rent their not to leave anything in your car as the 4 vehicles near me had been broken in repeatidly (thank God for my POS)However, they do have a cute childrens park.
