I have had nothing but problems since I moved into the house that I rent. It was dirty when I moved in and there has been an ongoing problem with insects inside the house. After a while S&L became slow to respond to my e-mails and phone calls. Now they won't respond at all. I bet the owner of this house would be distraught if he knew how poorly S&L is managing this property. I'm not the only one either. I have talked with other renters who are disturbed with the poor customer service at S&L. I notified them three weeks ago that the irrigation system has a broken pipe and I turned off the water supply to the system. No one has contacted me about repairing irrigation system. Now the entire backyard is dead and crispy. Very poor customer service!
