Zero Stars. I ordered a new Xbox 360 elite from them nine days ago. They called and said they could not ship it because the shipping address (my brother) was different from mine. I said fine, cancel the order. They called back and asked me not to cancel, that they would ship. I said fine. They called again to verify the address, which I did. They waited NINE days and canceled the order because they said they could not ship to an address other than mine. What a waste of time. What incredible incompetence. Go &*!@ yourselves, rocket camera, I hope you go bankrupt.
G.L.--You are outright lying. If I became abusive it was only after you abused my credit card. You never explained anything. What you did was call me twice and convince me not to cancel the order. When I inquired about the order today, you cancelled it. I can only pray my credit card will be refunded. With service like this you will quickly be out of business.

We explained to the customer that this product could not ship to a seperate address. Loss Prevention cancelled the order once the customer refused to ship to the bill to address on his credit card. He became very abusive.
