Like many otherS on this site - My experience with this plumber was a result of our American Home Warranty. It seems that AHW has contracted the CHEAPEST plumber they could to keep there costs down. We have waited no less than 12 hrs for these plumbers, as a resulted of poor planning, and when they did finally show up they did not even fix the problem. They actually left the house with 2 toilets still running and a Hot water heater that was still broken. When queried they actually thought that the work they did was adequate - far from it, however! I took this to the next level and complained to AHS but they were deaf to my problem. Seems they have chosen to run their business this way.
MY RECOMMENDATION IS TO AVOID RITE-A-WAY SERVICES AND AHS IF YOUR CAN. IF YOU CAN NOT AVOIND AHS AND THEY ASSIGN THIS PLUMBER DEMAND A DIFFERENT ONE!!!
