We have an AHS Warranty and experienced a leak when we used the garbage disposal. Casey came out, found a crack and ordered a replacement as he didn't have the correct size on the truck. A date was set for install, we were called with a time and date which was followed through as promised. Casey was very professional and knew what he was doing. The office was also very pleasant and informative as to time of arrival. I would recommend them. I was somewhat apprehensive after reading other reviews, but my experience was very different. Perhaps it was because of the appliance involved.
