Very ---very poor service and follow through

Rite-a-way services has absolutely no business being in business- I have been put through 2 days of waiting 6 hours each day for this vendor to show up for a simple garbage disposal problem. They did not call or show up both times. I looked up their website and my concerns were verified with all the other bad reviews of poor service by this company. I have contacted FAHW about this vendor and hopefully they will get rid of this pathetic comppany and I will report them to BBB also
