I read about this company and the ratings were horrific. BUT the Ventura office was phenominal. I flat out explained my negative concerns about the company, but Andrew the plumber assured me that was a different location. Guess what, he was correct,Andrew was the best plumber i have ever dealt with. Our hot water pipe had a leak under our tile in the house. We went over the good and bads.. it turned out all was good our american home shield took care of the entire job excluding putting the tile back and doing some finishing work. Andrew just clearly spelled it out from the beginning. he worked very cleanly and was very polite. im not just saying it. After he finished the dirty part he cleaned up ,was careful about our home . i would definitely recommend this company if they are from the Ventura office and maybe you will be lucky and get this Andrew guy. I also gave him a nice tip and some goodies to have. i never tipped a plumber before,he was worth it Bruce Westlake Village Ca
