Had an emergency problem with the water heater, a leak and the water was gushing out. Called this company late at night as they advertise "emergency response" was told they would come the following day early in the morning (at this point, I had called two other emergency responses which also were not available). The person on the phone indicated he would come between 8-9pm. Water was cut out from my home that night and the following morning. Did not get a call in the morning so I called to make sure they were coming. We were told we would be called back with a time. To make a story short, by 9:30 i have had enough and decided to call the company and cancel the service as my initial call had been the night before and I thought this was outrageous in advertising emergency response. I was on hold for a period of time standing outside when I saw the van aproaching. I informed the driver(who rudely told me he was the owner, Richard) that he was late, I had called someone else. He proceeded to cuss at me at my door and then drove off. Soon after I received calls both in my private phone and my cell phone from this person, Richard, owner of this company, cussing at me several times and hanging up. This happened approximately three times. I was in shock. I called back thinking this surely must be a mistake (my error) only to be repeatedly cussed at by this man, Richard Yazmajian. This man, was apparently so angry, he called my husband on his cell phone and left a message cussing at him. I am very afraid of this man and this company. I have never experienced such anger from a man that did not comply with his promise of emergency service. I have never been talked to so rudely and insulted over the phone by a "business owner." I have crossed out this person from my phone book. This is my experience with this company.
