I ended my lease with these guys about 6 months ago. To this day, I'm still not sure whether they actually owned the apartment I rented or just located it for us. Anyways, I have to say that they are quite shady, and it feels very much like dealing with a sleazy used car dealership when you get inside. The owner is particularly rude. They try to hit you for as much of a deposit as possible and then hope you'll forgot about it when you leave. They give you NO phone numbers to call if you need something because after your rent, apparently they have nothing to do with the apartment even though they wrote and signed the lease. It's all a big tangled headache and in the end, the renter gets hurt. When we left, they ignored our attempts to get our deposit back, which was almost $2000. Only until we were in the process of suing them and anyone associated with the apartment did our check finally appear in the mail.
