I ordered 2 brooches on December 12th. I paid for priority shipping, knowing that I would need the merchandise for a Christmas exchange on the 20th. I am still awaiting the delivery and have had no luck getting in touch with anyone. Customer Service does not answer, goes directly to voicemail. Email and Live Chat does not seem to work either. I have been trying for days to speak to someone with no success, however they are still able to send me emails several times a day about their latest deals. I do not plan on ever using this company again.
