Did not receive all items ordered

I placed an order for 6 items on dec. 6, 2011...my order arrived within a reasonable time.
Two of the items that were ordered were missing from the shipment...Shipping invoice indicated all items were shipped.
I contacted customer service after I found items were missing, I was sent an e-mail which said my items would be shipped. I didn't receive either of the items.......3 e-mails later and I have still not received....
The items were not expensive...Do not understand why they wouldn't send....
I will not purchase any more items from Punster.
