I am not really one to leave reviews but I chose Professional Vehicle Shipping to move a truck from Kansas City to Southern Cal. I have had a couple of vehichles shipped because Im usually able to find good deals on out-of-state cars, so I was familiar with the process. Their sales rep originally contacted me, quoted me a reasonable price, and told me that I did not need to pay a deposit, so I placed the order with him. I placed a deposit with another broker a couple years ago and they would not refund me even after I waited over two weeks for them to find me a carrier.
Shortly after, the dispatcher called me and told me that they found someone to pick up and deliver the truck. She was very courteous and professional. She seemed very up front about the process, so I appreciated that. The driver contact me to tell me when he expected to arrive and then called me when he was in town to arrange the delivery. I received the truck in just over a week from placing the order, so this experience couldnt have gone any smoother.
Definitely recommend this company and will definitely use again.
