I had a very bad experience with this company- I received an item damaged twice and was assured that i would immediately receive a refund once they received the returned item. They got the item over a month ago and i still got no refund. A manager refuses to help or speak to me and nothing is being done.
When contacting the company, I was now told that since it has been so long i will get a check in the mail not a refund to my credit card. I believe other consumers should know how this company operates.
