I guess my daughter might have accidentally signed up for this service over her Facebook account. I called in to speak to their customer service and they were pretty knowledgeable about the situation. The representative explained what the service is all about and so since I've already paid for it, I decided to give it a try. Surprisingly, they had a lot of my favorite artists. So the guy over the phone helped me downloaded some ringtones. Overall, the charge was a little unexpected, but at least the did a good job hiring some good customer service reps to take care of their customers. For that, I am satisfied, 4 out of 5 stars.
