We used a broker who contracted with Pioneer Auto Express. They shipped our Honda Odyssey from the Virginia Beach all the way to San Diego. In the process the paint on our hood was damaged. The driver Juan was professional and told us right away while profusely apologizing. He said that they would make it right. The company owner came out and personally guaranteed to fix our car as well as give us a car to drive during the repair. He had one of his associates drop a car at our door step and pick up our van for repair. After 2 days they returned our van with a gorgeous new paint job on the hood. It matches perfectly. It's refreshing for a company to take responsibility and make their mistake right. They fixed the problem quickly and did it without an inconvenience to us. I would definitely call them in the future if the need arises.
