I think this place is a nightmare. I think they use unqualified people, who are the same as one I could get from the Home Depot parking lot.
I think they are deceptive and scheming as soon as they get your money, they couldn't care less about customer satisfaction or service. The letter a person named Chris Price wrote in defense of their reprehensible customer "serice" is rife with inaccuracies, truth twisting and outright lies. I have a copy and will gladly point this out to anyone who would like. This place is one of the reasons the state of customer treatment has gotten so awful and people need to start fighting back against such blatent rip offs as I have experienced with this very incapable & unprofessinal place. The foregoing is my my honest opinion & I'm sticking to it. Horrible place! I would prefer to give it 0 starts as I think they are not deserving of any.
