Warning Will Robinson !!! DANGER !!! DANGER !!! Do not deal with these people ! This web site does not advertise truthfully. I believe that is called false advertisement. I ordered a MoBrd that was out of production due to my system crashing. No where on the web page did it specify the condition of the MoBrd, in which, I believed it to be a new product @ $99. If I wanted to take my chances on a used product at half that price with a DOA guarantee, I would have went to EBAY-- and I should have! To my surprise, I received a board in a box. NO manual, NO cables, NO CD drivers, and the board had bent pins and the on-board Ethernet was dead. Seeing as I needed to get my system up, I bought an inexpensive NIC. In contacting PC Planet, they said I was lying because it took me over 10 days to contact them. Hello! most people work Monday thru Friday and have a life! I posted a not-so-good review on PC Planet on another web site and they immediately threatened me with legal action saying I was being investigated. They stated that their "TERMS + CONDITIONS" disclosed that the board was OEM. I say it was used and non-functioning. They are not reputable. They did not offer a RMA, they did not offer a substitute--nothing! Just hostility. Pay attention to all the bad postings because whoever is putting the good ones on this web site must work for the company.

Our website and all products page clearly mentions the details of every product. This motherboard is being shipped as OEM packaging which is bare product only meant for replacment with no accessories. If the customer thought as he states new he did not read the full description nor the details and timeframe to fulfill his order. The website clearly mentioned 5-8 business days to arrive and process the order. It also states no accessories. If the customer was not sure we have open online for questions, phones as well as emails. Once proceed to checkout the customer accepts the terms and conditions of the unit purchased.
