Pet owners approach with caution

Orange Lemon Ltd. have been nothing if not unscrupulous. Under the many units managed by this company, tenants are charged a non-refundable pet deposit. Why is this weird? Well, per California Civil Code 1950.5(m), there can be no such thing as a non-refundable deposit. Yet, Orange Lemon Ltd. et. al. charges tenants $200 for pets and that money is never returned. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
