Dear Eric Reichert:
With the coming of 2011, which is likely to be another tough one for owners of rental property, I want to thank you for the steadfast service from all of your staff, Lance, Marcia, and others, which they have rendered to me over so many years.
I the age of 77 years, I would not have been able to travel and take care of of my health and fitness, as I have been doing, without the help of Orange County Property Management. You have been careful with expenses, using local contractors with reasonable charges, and cooperating with some of my own people to keep costs under control, so I could keep my rents below market and retain tenants at a time of high unemployment.
Congratulations and bests wishes for the continued growth and prosperity of Orange County Property Management.
