The product I purchased from Option Racing turned out to have a severe manufacturing defect that didn't show up right away. I tried to contact Option Racing's customer service department many times in several different ways, but I was unable to contact anyone to discuss the problem. Their customer service department seems to be imaginary. I'm stuck with a product that is unusable and worthless, and they're unwilling to respond to inquiries about it.
