Bait and Switch

They were advertising an attractive rate on Bankrate.com and I called them. They promised me the rate they advertised. After 4 weeks of additional paperwork they required and a $450.00 Appraisal I paid they called me and tried to sell me a rate 1% higher then quoted. This was just a waste of time and money, I could of had this done instead they refused to give me any loan unless I took the rate that was 1 percent higher then the market. Beware of this company that will take your money and try to sell you a higher rate to make money. I went with another lender and got the rate I wanted, but had to pay for another appraisal.
