I had the worst experience at Noell. The staff and owner are extremely rude, and have the worst customer service skills. This was not the first time I shopped there and I tried giving them another shot but every time I had gone it was the same bad experience. They have great dresses but only allow you to try on 5 maximum. The girls pressure you when trying stuff on. They don't have price tags so they put out any number they like which for the most part is not a steal. For the bad service, restrictions and environment I'd rather pay a little more and get better service because after all there prices are not that cheap anyway. Oh.. and don't think of coming with your child you will be kicked out.
