I started a free plan with Ning. They changed FREE OPTION AFTER I ALREADY CREATED MY SITE THERE. and are forcing people to upgrade and pay $19.95 a month. My site goes down during the launch of new plans and it takes them 2 weeks to get back to me IN JULY. They have the worst customer support. says within 24 hours and they never get back to you. ALL EMAILS NO PHONE SUPPORT THE WORST..this is a business?? When you finally get a response the 10 questions or concerns you ask they ONLY ANSWER 1 and then you are back to square one WAITING for days for help or a response. But get this if your credit card does not go through to pay or something which is owed to them they contact you daily. I already invested my time and money to set up on this platform and they are abusing me to stay here because at the moment I have no alternative. It will cost me TO TRANSFER or I will lose all my content I have DONE, I researched. SO NOW I downgraded my plan to $2.95 or $19.95 for a year. They took 19.95 from old plan when I stated I WANT to cancel or downgrade. So the 19.95 should be for a year,BUT they keep sending me emails that I owe, to pay more or they will interrupt my service. So once again they are shutting down my site with no regard. they say they dont offer DOmain mapping I want forwarding its free!THEY KEEP THREATENING ME TO CANCEL MY SERVICE, CONTENT IS MISSING, WHEN CLEARLY THEY COULD EASILY FORWARD IT BUT ARE TRYING TO RIP ME OFF. worst customer experience in my LIFE!
I DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY FREE TO 19.95 IT COULD CHANGE ON YOU ANYTIME WITH NO CARE OR REGARD TO YOUR WEBSITE
