I purchased an ATV when I moved here to Alaska. I bought from a friend and did not think to research the brand... bad on me, you live, you learn. My Rear Differential on my NST400C was leaking and upon inspection I noticed a pre-drilled hole in the fill plug. I contacted NST to ask if that hole was normal and upon them answering with a "Hello" not NST Customer service, they TOLD me "call back in ten mintues". Excuse me?! I call back and am told that because i'm not a dealer and just the OWNER!... that I need to pay $5 for technical support and that immediately ask for my Credit Card number. Appearently they don't want the responsibility of dealing with problems from owners. BOTTOM LINE VERY poor customer service! There's better ATVs out there. BTW, called back for the 3rd time and I was told I was SOL due to them not having any dealers in Alaska
