My experince is with Conqer Online, 1st problem I have is the lack/poor coser service, I Was Scammed by the many foriegn players Sent a Report to customer service I had Screen shots and all of the incedent and them admidting to it. Customer Service Response "We Have No Record of the Incedent you have Reported You gave all items involved in the tarnsaction" I Just droped it there. Next Problem is with the way the refuse to listen to player imput. The english Speaking players have requested to have IP's From Certian Country blocked due to there Unwillingness to speak english and there I guess you could say cultural differnces AKA Scaming,Hacking and Boting. They say its racism but yet they make a Version of there game for there country? why not make them play the game made for there country? Also They charge Differnt amounts of money for people that live in diffrent countries, US players 340 bulk packs of dbs Egyptian players 270 USD.Why the differnce if there playing on US servers and not there own they should pay us cost! In Total this company is horrible!
