NativeScape Developement did work for me- they managed to prolong the work taking months instead of weeks not showing up as scheduled leaving my front yard a mess for weeks. They also turned out to be very expensive compared to other quotes but by then I was already working with them. He also had other people working on my lawn and it turned out he did not have workers comp on these people- He lists himself as the sole employee- but he had someone else come to the house to give me the original estimate They tried to charge me a consult fee on top of all the regular charges- when asked what it was for I got a vague answer- "for wildflower seeds" they threw down at my yard- BTW- I gave them three packets of poppy seeds. I was paying him for his expertise yet he had me pick plants out of a book- at the time it seemed okay - (okay so I'm an idiot) but what did I know about xeriscaping and the overall look and design of the yard? If you are ever in a situation like this- meet your contractor at a xeriscape nursery and go over plants- not pick them out of little bitty pictures. I see other Xeriscaped lawns and they have so much more personality with varied types of plants- And he never responded to the complaint I sent to the BBB-
When I requested two additional blue fescue plants in one area he charged me $75 for the two little specimens- I paid it because I told him I wanted the irrigation also put in for the plants- well he put the plants in but no irrigation and he still wanted $75-
