I would like to commend Nationwide Lending Corporation for their exceptional service under adverse circumstances. My mortgage application was processed in an expeditious manner. The Mortgage Banker, Sharon Conyers communicated the process clearly and timely with high proficiency and knowledge of Real Estate and the Mortgage Market. My experience was excellent. Unfortunately, my refinancing process was interrupted due to the fact that Mercury Financial Title Co., a title and escrow service provider with 57 offices in 10 counties, closed its doors… I am very grateful to Merrill Christenson the Director of Customer Service and Consumer Experience for his effort and persistence helping me to finalize my financial transaction. His customer service was absolutely outstanding. I would like to recommend The Nationwide Lending Corporation as having the highest integrity and being an outstanding customer service firm.
