We purchased a pool kit from National Pool Wholesalers on June 8, 2010. Here is the timeline:
June 8, 2010 - Sent them approximately $4700 via wire transfer (per their request) They said it would be shipped in 8 days.
June 22, 2010 - still no word on whether it was shipped.
June 23, 2010 - July 5, 2010 - After numerous phone calls asking where the pool kit was we got answers like this:
We don't know it is in the hands of Kafko, Sun Pools, The Pool Group and another one that we can't remember right now. The give us the phone number and emails to these companies, but guess what...yep you got it! No one answers the phones or returns messages and no replies to several emails. We couldn't even get a shipping date.
July 13 we got the pool kit - sort of: Pool stairs are broken down both sides, the DVD instructions were for a different kind of pool. So now we can't even try to put this together because we don't have all the parts!
Shipping company CONWAY driver "made a note of the broken stairs" and and when we called they asked for us to send pictures. We did that. Now no response from them. National Pool Wholesalers says that we have to contact Kafko to get a replacement for the stairs. So we called Kafko and talked to Tony who promised to get right back to us and no one has replied to our numerous voicemails and emails. That was July 14, 2010.
If this is confusing to you then you can understand how confusing and impossible it has been to talk to these people. We wired these guys money on June 8, 2010 and still don't have a complete package!!!!!!
Unreal! They don't even deserve a one star, I would give them negative stars if I could!
As far as I am concerned if we give them the money they should follow through with the service.
DO NOT BUY FROM NATIONAL POOL WHOLESALERS, INC. FROM FLORIDA!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND MONEY!
