sold me a pool system that isn't compatible

these people are rude, not helpful, and really don't give two dumps about what they sell you, if it works, or if it's compatible. they have pumps and salt-systems listed under the "Above Ground" pool section of their website, now you would think they work together... nope!! the pumps clearly state 1.5" hoses/connectors and the salt-systems have no hose/connector size listed. you would think they would be designed to work together if they are sold together... you would assume the salt-system hoses/connectors are 1.5' also... no, they are 2". you would think a company that sells pool systems and accessories would carry the reducers, adapters, connectors etc. that would be necessary to make it all work... nope! they did not tell us they were incompatible... they did not review our order... after we received everything and had installers onsite assembling the pool the installers told us the systems were disparate and needed additional hardware to make everything work together. after bringing this to NPW attention they told us they don't sell what's necessary and we would have to find a place to get the parts needed. I will NEVER do business with these clowns again and recommend anyone TO NOT BUY FROM NATIONAL POOL WHOLESALERS!!
