This was an awful experience for my family. We ordered a pool liner from them and didn't even get confirmation that they had it until after 2 live chats and 4 emails. It took 7 business days for them to even confirm our order and I still don't know if the liner is shipped out. I would not use this company again and would not suggest it to anyone, if you want to see your merchandise.
