About 3 years ago, NFRG called me and I proceeded with a loan mod with them. I was told it would take about 3-4 months, it took over 6 mos and I gave them everything they ask for all the time. It was supposedly done, $2500 later BUT Bank of America 'cancelled"
my loan mod because 'THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO REACH ME!'AND THAT was a lie!!! I have to believe NFRG helped me as much as they could, however, when Bof A cancelled it, NFRG DID NOT step in and support me or help me in any way. I lost my home to foreclosure AND
filed bankruptcey! I feel like such a looser! The BIGGEST CROOKS are Bank of America!!!
