Left in the dark

I was in an accident in knoxville while a passenger in a government vehicle ans NST was all over it. Got to work on getting the facts and information they needed to get me the results that i deserved. I was introduced to their local office and everyone was nicer and professional. We settled 1 year to the day of accident, with nearly half my settlement placed in an “escrow account” to cover any medical costs that may arise in next few days. “Couple weeks tops!” I was told. Here we are nearly 6 months later and after multiple calls and emails to their office, some resulting in requests for me to do things that i was under assumption that that was what they were paid to do, ands after bedding told by local office that i would be contacted in 24-48 hours with an answer, here’s i with writing a review in hopes that they will DO THEIR JOB and get my remaining settlement to me. I call with no avail of getting honest and accurate answers. You would think that one of the most recognized and well known firms in the United States would have personal which could get the job completed. Maybe i should have called fox and farmer?
