HELP ON MY ORDER. REFUND MY MONEY

Hello, my order was never shipped,never refunded and it past 5days already and am yet to know any fate about my order.
I bought 5 boxes of quad blunt wraps for $69 and 1 box of dlx rolling paper for $16.50. plus a $9.95 shipping fee. And till date my order is still under the processing status after the estimated shipping time 1-2days. i tried calling their customer number many times but no body picked. i tried emailing them but unfortunately till date no body has replied me back.
PLEASE KINDLY REFUND MY MONEY BACK or IMMEDTATELY SHIP MY ORDER.
