My apologies for our inability to communicate with you Jim but as you stated we did attempt to call you and were unsuccessful. We are trying to get back to everyone as quickly as possible. And have immediately hired more staff to make sure that our phones do not go unanswered any longer. Please understand due to California's maximum enforcement of traffic violations and the overwhelming demand for our services we have been overrun with over 300 calls a day from clients like yourself trying to receive a free consultation and help to defend against there traffic violations.
