I recently helped my son purchase a vehicle from Mountain Magic Motors. The car broke down the day after we purchased it. We called the owner and he had us bring the car into his mechanic who told us that it couldn't be fixed. We traded in our ford explorer and asked if we could just get our car back and return this one but he will not. We also asked him to work with us on the repair cost for the new vehicle and he will not.
he is not willing to work with us on any solution. It is very frustrating because we traded in a car that worked perfectly and now are stuck with a car that wont even start.
I would like our old car back or even if he could get this one fixed because he obviously sold us something faulty.
