I am very disappointed at the service I have and am currently receiving from moss bros. exactly 2 weeks to the day I went to purchase a car from them the first day it was good. the second day I got into the car to take my daughter to school it took me three trys to turn the car on. so when I take it back to see why they tell me the fuel pump is going out. thinking that because I bought it two days prior they would fix it with no problem. this wasn't the case. so after I pay to have the fuel pump replaced eight days later I go to drive my car and the entire car shuts off. so now I am veeerrryy angry because not only did I just buy the car I now have to have it towed back to moss bros. and they are giving me no answer's about why the car is bad or even why they didn't service the car before they sold it. and why they aren't accepting their own warranty. i can honestly say I will never buy anything else from moss bros nor will i advise anybody that i know to purchase anything from them.
