Ken Michaels finally refunded our money

Ken Micheals took our money and ran. He has been claiming that our refund is in the mail since May 23, 2011, and we still haven't received it. He claims that his business is second to none and has an impeccably good reputation. Before you do business with this man, check the California Department of Real Estate website and look him up. I have already filed a complaint with the Department of Real Estate and The Office of The Attorney General. It seems he is second to none in taking money that doesn't belong to him.
Update 10/05/2011--Ken offered to refund our money only if we signed a settlement letter to remove our complaints and never to speak ill of him again. We refused to sign so Ken will not refund our money. UPDATE: 1/4/12 Ken Michaels refunded our money! Complaint is resolved. Praise God!
