I went to cash in some reward points from our bank for vacation plans. I got a call from Montrose Travel and they said that they would finalize the arrangements and call me back "in about 30 minutes". It has been 6 days now and I have made other vacation arrangements elsewhere. You can't stay in business if you don't take care of your customers! I would have given them zero stars but that was not an option.
