Family owned business; seemed comforting and the experience was wonderful at the start. The representative that handled our claim was nice and helpful. Once we dropped our car off the attitude, response and courtesy stopped. They would say one thing and do another. My car was in shop 5 days longer than they said. The "owner" was very rude when I picked my car up. He almost didn't give me my car unless I talked to him with respect. Not a good experience at all. Very poor customer service and a bad choice on my part.
